Urgent: Cannot activate Acrobat Pro DC Offline
Hello,
One of my customer has purchased 2 standalone Acrobat Pro DC licenses and cannot activate them offline.
He has absolutely no access to internet at it is strictly forbidden in his company, which is why the web Chat has proved to be ineffective so far since they ask me to be close to the computer.
He has followed the offline activation process but it seems that the codes generated by Adobe are not working on his licenses. Here is the message he receives at each tries:

He has tried to generate several codes since they are available for 72 hours but none of them seem to work in his case.
