using the free trial software - won't allow me to try the redaction tool

Question

Frustrated.  Downloaded a free trial of the software, and I don't have access to try the redaction tool.  A colleague turned me on to the software (another attorney) and said his trial software gave him a chance to try bates stamping, redaction, etc.  What am i doing wrong?  AND, why can't i just talk to someone?  This doesn't stand well for a $400+ software package.

HI Noah,When you open pdf, you need to make sure you are opening your file in Adobe Acrobat, not in Adobe Reader. Trial version should allow you to use this feature.
