version XI Pro version 11 action for batch sequence multiple files and folders without prompting

Trying to OCR Multiple files some editable text some renderable text and set up action that is capable of batch sequence

Two problems

1. prompting for renderable text and needs to be converted to TIFF then PDF then OCR so it skips file

2. has anyone found work around saving first to TIFF then to PDF then running action for batch scanning OCR or has anyone customized an action that can automate this process and continue scanning files without skipping the file.

After completing an action, a report is generated. If there are some files having renderable text,it will be mentioned in this report.

In this case you can copy these files in other folder, and create a new action. This action will Export the files to Tiff first and then combine them back to PDF and run OCR after.
