very unimpressed with the lack of support for the software

I have a trial on the Adobe pro and seriously deciding not to buy due to lack of support

no phone number to contact

spent 45 minutes on tutorials

Need a product that has support instead of spending time looking at the wrong answers to my questions

In today's market one would expect better service
