On behalf of Adobe, no version of Acrobat prior to 8.1 is fully installable or operable on any version of Windows beyond Windows XP. There are fundamental differences in how the Adobe PDF printer is installed and accessed on (1) Windows Vista a later and/or (2) 64-bit versions of Windows. Furthermore, Acrobat 7 does not coordinate with any recent version of any Microsoft Office applications. You need to license Acrobat DC at this point.

Michael, if a company says that no longer will support the software it should be our option to continue using it. What Norton and Adobe do is block us from using our own software, we have paid for a license. This is outrageous.

Your luck with this ancient version has run out, I'm afraid. Time to get the current version Acrobat DC, by purchase or (very recommended) subscription.
