We have Acrobat Pro 9 running on two pc's, one with 7 and one with 8 operating system. We want to deactivate the one computer with the 8 because we are retiring it. We want to deactivate Acrobat and then download on a Mac pro. However, we do not have the deactivate option available on the Help drop down. The deactivation is visible on the other desktop computer. Can you advise us on how to deactivate on the old laptop and download on the new Mac laptop?

You can't do that. If you have a license for Windows then you can't use it on a Mac.

Also, Acrobat 9 is outdated, and not compatible with any current OS (including Windows 8, by the way).
