We are having the same issue. Re-installed AA8Pro with valid serial on Win10 and it won't register. It was previously registered on a Win7 installation.

Anyone find a fix yet?

Tech support does not help. The strange thing is that everything else

connects to the Adobe server. I think they just want to make it hard so we

buy a newer version. I have tried reinstalling etc. Nothing.

Please share the exact error message that you get while registering the product?

Also share the Application & its version that you are try in to register?

Try the connectivity troubleshooting in the mean time Solutions to sign-in, activation, and connection errors with Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.

Thanks for getting back. I have Acrobat 3D 8.3.1 I cut the message in its

entirety:

We were unable to connect to Adobe to Register your product.

There is no way to connect from the product with Win10. That is when the

problem started.
