Wert stimmt nicht mit Format Feld überein

Hallo,

Bin ratlos und suche hier Hilfe. Ein PDF Formular, welches ausfüllbare Felder hat und auf anderen Rechnern einwandfrei funktioniert, spuckt bei mir immer nachstehende Fehlermeldung aus.

Wo muss ich ansetzen um mein Problem in den Griff zu bekommen?
