what could be wrong in my fillable PDF Form.

I am using a fillable form.  I created it with columns to mult. by other columns and the the total of that goes in another field.  But when I change the one column it will not update correctly on the subtotal field.  What could be happening.  I have checked the spacing and names and can not figure out why.  Any advise.
