Correct answer spitfire 2

quit your cc desktop app.

then right click the app>click 'run as administrator'.

I did not see a cc desktop app.  I have successfully downloaded Acrobat DC.  I tried right-clicking the Setup dialog box but nothing happened.  So I just hit Retry the 3 or 4 times it came up.  I did the installation process using Internet Explorer rather than Firefox that I had been using.

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Don't get your answer.  I've been trying to download Acrobat Standard DC and get the error 1321 message.  Now what?  I have already uninstalled Acrobat X and now have no application to open .pdf files.

are you seeing that error when downloading or after successfully downloading and when installing?
