What SKU for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro -- WITHOUT DC

Sorry, but I don't trust my tools to be HIPAA compliant.

It annoys me that Microsoft wants my documents in their cloud and that Adobe wants them in their cloud. 

I do NOT want a version of Adobe Acrobat Pro XI that connects me or my files to the Internet for anything other than getting Adobe Acrobat Pro upgrades.

It seems that the entire funnel for Adobe is to get me into a monthly revenue funnel.

What is the SKU for Adobe Acrobat XI Pro for Windows 10 that isn't DC?   A client wishes to purchase a copy for me via Amazon.  It shouldn't require my being persistently connected to Adobe to use.

Please advise.

As Aandi Inston has indicated, Acrobat 11 is now discontinued, however you raise a point that needs clarification.

The current version of Acrobat, Acrobat DC, does not require you to store anything on Adobe's or anyone else's servers. The facility to store documents and sync them with other devices is available, but you are not required to use it.

Furthermore, you can license Acrobat DC either via a subscription or as a “perpetual license.”
