What tiff settings create the largest files? I've set the resolution to 300 pixels/inch when converting pdf to tiff, but the quality is still not great.

More specifically: what should I select for the settings in Monochrome, Grayscale, Color, RGB, CMYK, Grayscale, & Colorspace?
