Hi andrewc21059427 ,

You may use online service for Exporting the PDF files to Powerpoint , for this After getting subscribed for this service go to'cloud.acrobat.com', sign in using Adobe ID then from Top menu select the option for 'Export PDF' . Then follow on screen instructions for exporting pdf files to word or excel .

You may also use Adobe Reader DC (Free Version) for converting the files , please refer to this Article :-  Convert or export PDFs to other file formats, Adobe Acrobat

install the latest version of Reader from here:

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

Let me know if it works,

That tells me how to export a PDF file as a Word or Excel document, but not how to export it as a Powerpoint presentation, which is what I wanted to do and what the product description aid it would do.  The only export options I see are as a Word, Excel, or Rich Text file.  How do I get it as a ppt or pptx file?

Acrobat Pro DC or the previous release will do the job.

Be well...
