What version of Acrobat do I need to buy if I want to edit a pdf so it has form fields

I need to be able to edit/credit a pdf document so it has form fields.

Do I need to purchase Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Standard DC ?

It was possible with old versions, e.g. Acrobat 5.
