When creating a fillable form, how do I get the text to wrap around?

I have created a fillable form using Adobe Acrobat, converted from an xcel file.  However, when I use preview and attempt to fill in the form, my text does not wrap around.  When the content gets to long it either makes the font smaller or stops altogether.  How do it make the text wrap around?
