when I get to creating adobe pdf nothing happens

I just bought a new computer with windows 10.  When I try to print to adobe pdf the creating box appears but nothing happens.  what do I need to do to fix

Hi ,

Please tell the dot version of Acrobat.

Also let us know the workflow.

I don’t know what “dot” version means. I have Acrobat XI standard.

I think you mean by workflow.. I want to save a doc from the web to an adobe pdf rather than print it. I can do this in Explorer, but not Microsoft Edge

This feature is not supported in Acrobat Standard.
