Manually i have to change it to 100% so i can see it better, is there a way that i can change to stay at 100%?:

There are a number of things that can affect the initial zoom setting when a document is opened. See this previous thread for more info: How do I reset the default zoom from 150% to a lower number in Adobe Acrobat DC?
