When I print out my PDF fillable form, all of the check boxes and radio boxes appear filled/checked.

Everything appears correctly on the screen (with only some checkboxes filled and one radio box in each question), but the form is printed ALL of the checkboxes and radio boxes appear filled (black).  Any help?

Thank you for responding.  It was a rookie mistake!  I had the fill color set to black ... ugh.
