When I save a PDF it only appears as a .tmp file

Question

I'm trying to save a PDF onto our server but even when I do a save as, I go to view the file in the folder and it appears as a .tmp file which doesn't show the changes I've made.

If I save the file onto my desktop it works ok, if I try and then drag it into the correct folder it says the file is invisible?

Apologies for the delayed response.Request you to please share the following information regarding your issue:- Which version of Acrobat are you currently using?- What's the platform (Operating system and its version)?- Please share some details for the server where you're trying to perform 'Save As' (like user permissions).Also, have you tried deleting this '.tmp' file and then tried a fresh 'Save As'?Thanks!
