When I save a PDF it only appears as a .tmp file

I'm trying to save a PDF onto our server but even when I do a save as, I go to view the file in the folder and it appears as a .tmp file which doesn't show the changes I've made.

If I save the file onto my desktop it works ok, if I try and then drag it into the correct folder it says the file is invisible?

Help?

Hope you are doing great. Apologies for the delayed response.

Request you to please share the following information regarding your issue:

- Which version of Acrobat are you currently using?

- What's the platform (Operating system and its version)?

- Please share some details for the server where you're trying to perform 'Save As' (like user permissions).

Also, have you tried deleting this '.tmp' file and then tried a fresh 'Save As'?
