Question

When I scan a document in PDF form it comes out differently than the document scanned. I want the document scanned without Adobe

I'm not sure why this has happened, but when I scan a document it comes up with all of the Adobe PDF info. I want to be able to scan a document without this that looks exactly like the original. How do I accomplish this?

Hi billi20614039 ,

If you want to scan the form without Adobe,you can do so by opening your printer's scan window.

Your printer must have installed driver to scan ,open your Printer's scan window and perform the scan straight from there.

To assist you better ,could you please tell what operating system do you have ?

What printer you have ?
