When I scan a document to pdf, I get a blank Save/Save As menu and cannot save the document.

When I scan a document to pdf, I get a Blank Save As screen and cannot save the scanned pdf. No matter how I try to save the doc, I still get the blank screen. Starting over does not work. I have to turn off the computer and re-boot to get a functional Save As screen. This usually happens after two or three successful scans.

  2. Version of Acrobat installed on your machine.
