when i try to create a PDF from a excel document, excel stops working, then switches off

I have office 365, when I try to ceate a pdf from a excel spreadsheet, excel switches off.

this never used to happen, it was always working well

Hi ,

What Acrobat version do you work on?

Also tell us the OS you work on.

Please check if Acrobat is updated to the latest patch.

If on Windows,try to repair Acrobat once and see if that helps.
