Question

When I try to create a pdf from a word document I get an error message

Hi I download acrobat about 10 days ago and it worked fine initially. I then began receiving an error messge "An unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF." I cant find a solution, I did a reconfigure but still get the same message. Can anyone help.
