Hi Ulrich Seiler ,

Could you please tell if this is happening with a particular file or with all the files ?

Assuming that you want to convert a word file to pdf , try to convert other word files to pdf and let us know if that works.

Thanks!

Shivam

Hallo Shivam,

it happens with all files (I tried), but similar ones.

50-90 pages, about 30 comments.

Mostly I get the pdfs, but sometime I write them myself.

So I did: 1. Error message: You have to turn the tags on in MS Word.

ok I did. Gave two comments on the 1 page and could write the comments as a word file

without an error message.

Ok. Sounds fine

I added a 3th comment on the 3th page. Writing the comments as wordfile ended in the error massage MS Word should be higher 2003

I deleted the 3th comment, tried again, but I still get the message MS word should be at least 2003.

Strange!

Any Idea?

Ulrich

Hello Ulrich ,

You can try Office offline installer to fix the issue .

First uninstall Office 2016 suite and then restart the system.

To uninstall Office 2016 > Press Windows key + R key on keyboard together .In the run dialogue box - type appwiz.cpl , Search for Microsoft Office and right click it and click Uninstall .

Install Office 2016 from here- Use the Office 2016 offline installer - Office Support .

Let us know if that resolve the issue .

Thanks!
