When printing at A3 last page does not print?

Hi I have a 12 page brochure which prints completely fine at A4 size double sided, however when I print A3 booklet the last page does not print?

What Acrobat version do you use?

What printer are do you use to print?

Also tell the OS.

What happens when you try to print A3 size pages?Is there any error message?
