Question

When printing summarized comments, why does the type size of some comments get HUGE, and waste many, many pages?

I often receive a PDF that has been marked up with sticky notes from clients. When I try to print these out, using the "summarize comments" button, I get most of my comments printed out at a nice, normal small size. But sometimes, some comments print

HUGE, like 150 points.

This not only wastes LOTS of paper, but it is extremely annoying for both myself and my angered coworkers, waiting to use the laser printer. Why, oh why, is Acrobat doing this, and most importantly, how can I make this stop! Nobody in my IT department or my client's IT department know how to fix this weird phenomenon.

Please HELP!

Thanks

Which version of Acrobat are you using, on what operating system?

This older comment has feedback from an Adobe employee about the same problem:

Large font size comments in PDF Review

You may want to try to update your Acrobat installation to the latest version available.
