when when opening a PDF the window changes size after about 5 seconds how do you stop this

Recently when I open a pdf on my desktop, the file opens to full view after about 5 seconds, the window automatically shrrink to about 2/3 of the window size, does change the clarity of the file but how do i stop this from happening. This is very annoying.
