Where can I get unique plugin prefix?

Hello,

I want to develop a plugin to add a menu to Acrobat.

Documentation says that, I will need to use unique prefix before developing plugin to avoid conflicts between plugins.

It has given the link of Acrobat developer center( http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat.html​ ) to register the prefix, but It does not have any information of registering the prefix.

Please give the correct link.

I am using :

1. Acrobat Pro DC Classic (Acrobat 2015)

2. Acrobat DC SDK(Version1)

3. Operating system: Windows 7
