I have Adobe Pro 9 and want to install the latest version so I am able to create PDFs, forms, and edit PDF documents. What Windows version should I download?

Would like to inform that Acrobat 9 is an old and unsupported version. End of support | Reader 9 and Acrobat 9 (and earlier)
It is not compatible with the recent OS versions.
