Which version of Firefox still works with the PDF Conversion toolbar (Acrobat X Pro)

Which version of Firefox still works with the PDF Conversion toolbar (Acrobat X Pro)?

Currently I'm using Firefox 46.0.1 and the toolbar is missing completely in the plugins list.

I'd rather downgrade my Firefox for free than pay a ridiculous amount of money for a new Acrobat just to get a toolbar back.
