Why Acrobat & Reader are not viewing portfolio layout with latest Flash player?

Hi,

I've been using Adobe Acrobat Pro to backup by converting my outlook emails to PDF portfolio which can only be viewed via Portfolio layout view. It seemed that Adobe stop supporting this view after Flash viewer Ver 16. Is there a way for me to continue viewing portfolio layout with latest Flash version? Reason being my company IT policy auto install latest Flash player into my system and each time that happens, I have to reinstall back Flash 16 to view backup emails.

At this point I have no other means of more efficient emails backup methods that allows me to do mass backup except for Adobe acrobat.

What happens exactly with the latest Flash?

Thanks for responding.

When i opened a pdf file converted from outlook, it will only show the 1st email in the listing. I can't see all the other emails in portfolio layout unless i reinstall back Flash 16.

My apologies if I'm not using the proper technical terms to describe this problem. Hope above make sense.
