Why are the form fields blank when some of my customers open my forms

My guess is they're opening them on a mobile device and the PDF viewer they're using doesn't have support for forms. This is common on iOS devices. If you flatten the form before sending it, the form fields will be converted to regular page contents and the information will be visible in most any PDF viewer.
