When I click on any piece of text in a Adobe PDF that is a link to a URL, your software responds with an error

        popup that says:

"Adobe Acrobat - Acrobat could not run the web browser. Unknown Error.(123)"

         (Using Firefox Browser 46.0.1)

Can you help me identify the problem and fix it?????

Acrobat could not run the web browser. Unknown error (123) but my default browser is chrome , i did all the auto repair, installation, nothing works.

very frustrating

one of the selling point of buying was the ability to do the OCR recognition but now i can not use it .

is it time to unsubscribe to acrobat DC ?

Hi ,

Would request you to try a repair of your Acrobat Installation.

Please check the Acrobat Plugin should be active for Firefox browser.

Also check with the Different Browsers .
