Question

Why can't I compare PDFs in the desktop version of Acrobat?

Everything I read prior to purchasing the desktop version of Acrobat DC Pro showed that I should be able to compare PDFs. Though I find the option is not available, and when I attempt to do a compare from Reader DC, it directs me to the web to purchase Acrobat. Why?

I think I answered my own question. The software was provided by my company, and it appears they gave me Standard and not Pro. At least I hope that's all it is.

‌Yes, you need Pro.
