why can't i export PDF to an DWG file?

i was told i can convert PDf to DWG using Acrobat pro - i have downloaded the trial version but it does not allow conversion to DWG?

Looking online it seems i need illustrator not acrobat - does anybody know if this is correct?

Legend

You will need Adobe Illustrator in order to convert PDF to DWG format.

You will not be able to export PDF to DWG using Acrobat application.
