why can't i open a pdf form i created on SharePoint 2010?

I am new to creating electronic forms and I have created a few forms in Adobe Acrobat DC and they have been uploaded to SharePoint 2010 in our corporate documents library (intranet), yet it won't let me open the document, all the other staff can but not me. What am I doing wrong? When I click on the form, I can see the tab briefly go to the right url but it doesn't open it.
