Why can't I scan a 20 page document

Morning All,

Im trying to scan a multi page document using Acrobat Pro DC, basically i want to put a large document into my scanner. press scan and have all the pages scanned into one PDF.

At the moment im getting 1 page of the multi page doc, im being promted to scan more pages but by that time the scaner already has scanned to whole donument. After this is says the scan can no longer be completed.

Im usng Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and a network (ethernet) HP Pro MFP M477dw scanner.

Any suggestons

Can you please share following details to help us identify and resolve the issue ASAP:

- OS detail

- Acrobat version

- Scanner detail

- Which format you are scanning with

- Are you able to scan with same format from any other app like Scanner's utility/Image Capture or other software.
