Why do all the fields fill when I type in a line

I'm editing a PDF and every time I enter text into a field and then click to the next line, it mirrors all the text into every other empty field.

‌All fields with the same name will hold the same content. Did you create the form?

Then report the problem to them. They should fix it on their end.
