Why do I have to reinstall Acrobat Pro x on my windows 10 PC every 2 or 3 weeks?

I have Acrobat Pro 10 as a part of CS6.  I am running windows 10 on a Dell PC.  Every 2 or 3 weeks it stops working.  Just will not launch.  I have to uninstall and reinstall from the CS6 installation file using CS6 serial number.  Why does it do this and what can I do to prevent it stopping

Hi Carolyn,

Try running Acrobat 10 pro in compatibility mode and check.

Acrobat X is a somewhat old version, not compatible with Windows 10. This can explain the issues you're having with it...

EVERY MONTH OR EVERY TIME I OPEN ADOBO PRO THERES A PROBLEM. WHATS UP WITH THAT?
