Why does my text change after saving?

I'm working on a fillable form, that I started creating in Nitro PDF but am now using Acrobat Pro DC. I am trying to edit the form sections - just change the font size on a couple of lines, but after I make the changes and save it, the text turns out all jumbled. HELP!
