Why is Adobe Acrobat erasing my saved text when I move to a new page within the same document?

When I'm in "Fill and Sign" and add text, I hit save, move to the subsequent page, and when I return to the previous page, all of my added text has been deleted.

    Same here and I can't update the app because there is no update option
