Question

Why is ADOBE customer service so appalling??

I have signed up with an account.

I have tried Adobe Pro DC

I have tried to purchase the software/system

The online system lets me complete everything and then advises that there has been a problem and to call customer service

Customer service have no idea

They suggest that it is my email address, as it has no .com or .co.uk

I have signed in with two other email addresses, one outlook and one gmail.....nothing

I am currently on the phone to someone in customer service, who has no idea why this is happening.

He has sent me an email which i replied to proving the address is correct....nothing

He has now gone to discuss with a colleague as I can't buy over the phone either, as the system won't accept my details

ADOBE, a large international company whose systems are brilliant, but can you buy them? Seems not!!!

My experience is detailed

I was not able to Buy Adobe DC - I used 3 email addresses and was on the phone for 1.25 hrs

Your team no nothing about your systems, how to address issues.

I specifically asked for a supervisor at the end of the call, due to my total frustration.

I have since been able to buy the system, how I have no idea, because I am using the same email address that I was advised was the problem.

Adobe is a huge well respected company with incompetent support/sales
