Why is the sides of my scanned imaged swapped?

In the picture below, the left side of the scanned document appears on the right side and vice versa. Is there a setting inside of Adobe Acrobat 7 Pro that  can cause this issue and where is it located? Upgrading to a newer version of Adobe is out of the question at the moment.
