Question

Why isn't my pdf displaying all the graphics?

I am printing from a Mentor CAD application to a pdf file, but the file is not showing all the graphics.  I am using Adobe Acrobat X Standard.  My collegue is using Adobe Primo and it shows all the graphics when he does it.  Do I need to change a setting somewhere?

If you see gray boxes where the graphics are supposed to be, go to Edit - Preferences - Page display and tick the "Show large images" box.

Thank you for trying to help, unfortunately the image is blank not grey.  I have a small hex shape inside a circle.  It is showing the circle but not the hex.  The Show large images box is already ticked.
