Windows 10+Acrobat XI Pro. I have this error: Windows cannot find (route)\Acrobat.exe How can I do??? Thanks!!

Hi,

I installed Acrobat XI Pro. My PC runs Windows 10.

When I want open the software, appear two errors: "Windows cannot find the file (route)\acrobat.exe ..." and "Problem to inicialize (route)\api--1-0.dll ..."

Please, I need help.

Uninstall it, then run this tool (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs) then re-install it.
