I can't use my windows certyificat to sign document

option always show my a file but my certificat is stored in "certificat-personnel-certificats"

how can I use it?

Does your Windows certificate have a private key? It may contain "Extended Key Usage" extension which is not compatible with the document signing. For instance, this extension may restrict this certificate to "Client Authorization" only. Acrobat enforces all applicable standards while some/many other signing apps are more lax on that.
