Using Acrobat 11.0.15 with MS Word, trying to create a PDF.  Message in Word is "There are issues with the PDF Add-in".  I've reinstalled Acrobat and MS Office 2013. Every time I attempt to create the PDF file out of the word doc, my computer freezes, and I must force a shut-down.  Can anyone help?

Hi ,

Try to repair Acrobat once.

Does this happen with other files as well?

Hi Sukrit,

Thanks for responding!  99% of the time I convert Word docs to PDF, but I took your suggestion and tried converting a small PNG graphic file and it worked perfectly.  Then I tried a MS Office Excel file, 580 KB, and it also froze my computer.  It seems the DLL file add-in for office may not be working right, not sure.  By the way, I did try repairing Acrobat a couple of times directly from the program, and finally a repair from the Control Panel.  Don't know if that matters.  Any suggestions?
