won't recognize scanner on network

Acrobat X is no longer supported.

Is it possible your network scanner is configured to send an email with the scanned PDF to you? Yes, it is an extra step but it how some scanners work in large organizations. It does not lock out other users form the accessing the MFC.

Acrobat is not supported anymore. It goes end of life last year.

To resolve scanner connectivity issue please try options under Troubleshooting tips for scanner issues when using Acrobat
