X Pro does not start

X Pro does not start und when I want to print my Illustrator file as a PDF I'm asked to activate X Pro. But it is already activated. I downloaded X Pro once again from the adobe site but it doesn't solve the problem. What else can I do?

Acrobat X is not compatible with Windows 10.
