xView the email signature in Outlook 2016 when sending PDF files via Adobe directly

I have a signature applied t the foot of each new email in Outlook 2016

I have created a send button in acrobat pro XI,

When I send the PDF by email in Adobe, it directs me to the default mail client with the PDF attached but no email signature is visible in the new email

How can I view the sighature at the bottom of the email
